Actually I guess now we're the WINC Family...but that's part of the story...

The year is 2011, and I was just notified my wife was en route to the hospital in an ambulance. 

She'd been struck in the head near the temple with a baseball and had sustained a concussion.

We had no idea at the time how this would change our lives.

I had been a personal trainer, massage therapist and nutritionist already for many years, I specialized in the elimination of pain and body composition manipulation.

I knew the power of food, I knew the power of exercise, I was aware of the dangers of additives and household chemicals but didn't think we'd ever be affected so I didn't pay it much mind.

Wendy always wanted to be a mom, yet facing a diagnosis common amongst many young women today, we were told for nearly a decade that PCOS would never allow us to conceive naturally.

Fast forward...through many treatments Wendy still struggles with dizziness, she's had to give up her career, but along the way it was suggested as part of her treatment that we make an effort to eliminate as many common household potential toxins as we could...detergents, health & beauty products and to replace them with more natural, chemical free, and artificial fragrance free equivalents.

You won't believe what happened next...

After eliminating household chemicals and additives blood tests showed a significant change in Wendy's biochemistry.

And then...

In December 2016, against all odds Isaac was born, proof of what our bodies can do when unencumbered by some of the toxins of a convenient and modern lifestyle.

This lead us to seek out long term alternatives to common household products such as detergents, cleaners, personal hygiene and food products that would allow us to avoid harmful chemicals.

We began to source, formulate and produce natural products for our family and yours! Our goal; to make them more accessible to more people, more families like us.

We wanted to ensure our son, ourselves and now your family can live better, safer and just maybe eliminate ailments that might be related to what you were always told were safe. This is how Wendy, Isaac, Cabel (WIC) Family Naturals came to be.

But it didn't end there...

Conceiving one child was a miracle, we never even fathomed the possibility of a second. 

We didn't close the door, but we didn't dare hope (too much) and sure surely never expected that in the late stages of a challenging 2020 Nikolas has arrived, as perfect and healthy as Isaac.

10 years we were told...

We tried fertility drugs...

We were by all accounts healthy...

We already knew the value of eating well and taking reasonable care of ourselves...

Because her injury Wendy's blood tests were repeated quite regularly without change...

But when we removed common brand name household products and chemicals something big changed.
